Free! Taoist Meditation Class in Toronto
(Donations welcome)
The meditation class will include an incense offering, a chant to the Goddess of Compassion,Kuan Shih Y in, as well as recitations of Taoist scriptures before meditation.
If you plan to attend , please bring your meditation mat/cushion, or a cushion to sit on
