The dance of the masculine and feminine energies is ecstatic and one of
the most precious gifts we experience as human beings. Women have the
ability to surrender deeply to our feminine essence, with breathtaking
beauty and grace, weaving our emotions, intuition, intellect, sexuality
and spirit into all that we are, and all that we create. For the
masculine to bathe in this yin essence is deeply healing at very core
levels, body, mind and spirit. This is what we were created to
experience. Nature at it’s best.
How much aliveness do we sacrifice for comfort and security? Pain not
felt is buried in the tissues of our bodies, and over time we lose the
ability to feel aliveness, openness and true pleasure. Our energetic
potential is diminished. Sexual dysfunction is energetic dysfunction, an
inability for energy to flow freely throughout the body. As we work to
free and clear energetic blocks, we release pain, numbness, and trauma,
and gain an ability to direct our energy, and to feel deeply. We
increase our energetic capacity, the capacity to take in and create love
and fulfillment. This is our work. Life force flowing freely makes us
vibrant, inspired, inspiring and alive.

My work is to help create deep inner transformation through the marriage
of spirit and sexuality, or said another way embodiment. Presence of
mind includes neutral awareness, which is allowing, noticing and being
with what is. Presence of body includes awareness of breath, forces of
grounding and core. I help to create open space in your body so that
spirit can fill every inch and notch and nook with the truth of who you
are.
I use tantric and embodiment practices to teach energetic principles
including a.) Awareness of energy, b.) Competency with energy, c.)
Raising energy in the body. Included in my sessions are massage, breath
work, cellular memory and emotional release, sacred spot massage, energy
work, coaching and meditation and embodiment practices.
I work with both men and women together, or individually, in the
foothills of Nevada City, California, which is near Sacramento, in
Northern California. I am also in the San Francisco Bay Area one weekend
a month.
My experience includes a B.A. in Biology and twenty years of healing
work so I can show up for you from a place of openness, groundedness,
and clarity. My work includes Non-violent communication, certification
as a cellular Memory Release practitioner, and coaching. I studied with
Charles and Caroline Muir, completing three levels of Dakini training
and advanced teacher training I teach Tantra and Raw Food workshops
locally.
